Our framework agreements are flexibly designed to optimally meet your training needs and offer attractive discounts on your training seminars. With a term of one year, you secure a 5% discount for at least five bookings of open seminars, in-house seminars or online training courses within a calendar year; 10% discount for at least 10 bookings and 15% discount for more than 20 bookings. In addition, you have the option of upgrading your package at any time in order to manage your individual training requirements. On request, your framework agreement can also be extended to include our special development packages and business coaching, so that you receive a customised training offer that is precisely tailored to the needs of your company.

No, there is no minimum number of bookings or a minimum volume. You will even receive a refund if the next discount level in the framework agreement is reached due to additional bookings.

3. how does the discount scale for the framework contracts work?

Our discount scale is simple and transparent:

• 5% discount for all bookings within a calendar year.
• 10% discount for at least 10 bookings.
• 15% discount for more than 20 bookings. In addition, you have the option of upgrading your package at any time so that you can manage your training requirements individually.

9. what happens if we do not achieve the originally planned booking volume?
